The Project

For an HR services provider, we developed a modern B2B web platform that covers the entire process from lead generation through client management to content marketing. Companies can request employee benefits packages, download catalogs, and stay informed about current HR topics through the platform — while the backend centrally manages all inquiries, contacts, and content.

Challenge

The sales process for employee benefits previously relied on isolated channels — forms without CRM integration, manually sent catalogs, and a blog without tracking. Sensitive customer data had to be processed in a GDPR-compliant manner, and image management in the blog was time-consuming and not optimized. The goal was an integrated platform that unifies lead capture, client management, and content marketing.

• Multi-Source Lead Capture: Various forms for campaign inquiries, catalog downloads, feedback, and contact requests — all leads flow into a central CRM.
• Encrypted Client Management: All personal data is stored encrypted in the database. Duplicate detection is performed via hashed indexes — without decryption.
• Time-Limited Catalog Downloads: Automatically generated download links with hash verification and configurable validity periods.
• SEO-Optimized Blog System: Articles with categories, tags, auto-generated table of contents, meta tags, and draft/published workflow. Posts can be duplicated.
• Automated Image Processing: Uploaded images are automatically compressed, converted to WebP, and provided in multiple sizes — processed in parallel for maximum speed.
• Admin Panel: Comprehensive Filament dashboard for clients, campaigns, contacts, blog posts, categories, and Google Ads management.
• Transactional Emails: Automatic confirmations, catalog links, and internal notifications with multi-recipient routing.
• Privacy-Compliant Form Protection: Captcha alternative without Google dependency for GDPR-compliant form security.

Technical Highlights

• Database-wide encryption of all personal data with hash-based search indexes for performant queries without decryption
• Parallel image processing pipeline with automatic compression, WebP conversion, and responsive thumbnails in four size levels
• Automatic table of contents generation through HTML header parsing with hierarchical navigation and anchor links
• Clean data architecture with encrypted fields, cascading deletes, and audit logging for deletion operations

Result

The platform has noticeably professionalized the HR provider's sales process: leads are automatically captured and fed into the CRM, catalog downloads are trackable, and the blog delivers organic traffic through SEO optimization.
